(CGS), is introducing game-changing capabilities and benefits with the release of Version 4 of its industry-leading VirtualEvents365 online events platform. Used to produce corporate, demand generation, e-learning, job fair, conference, tradeshow, and other events in a virtual online environment, the latest release delivers important new and upgraded capabilities that promise to multiply the benefits of virtual events across a broad range of industries. In addition to the many enhancements to existing event configuration, content, and marketing functions, V4 adds state-of-the-industry collaboration, localization, branding, and self-service capabilities that will streamline and improve the user experience for both event organizers and attendees.

- Real-Time Collaboration: expands event attendee engagement by allowing them to create instant breakout rooms where they can collaborate with other attendees on common interests. Breakout rooms feature voice-over-IP (VoIP) communications, webcams, whiteboards, and file sharing.
- Self-Service Options: enables event organizers to easily set up collaboration venues, create event microsites, brand the event using provided event themes, add eLearning and eLabs content, manage content restrictions, and implement special eCommerce features in their events.
- Localization: allows users to select their preference from twelve available user-interface languages. Meeting organizers can also localize event materials for their international audiences.
- Event Branding: provides organizers with a library of event themes (technology, educational, medical, executive, etc.). Organizers can quickly configure and customize button and icon styles, name venues, specify graphics, establish presentation placeholders, and more.
VirtualEvents365 V4 is now generally available for new and existing customer implementation.
