These highly innovative features enable virtual events attendees to create their own Instant Breakout Rooms, which will serve as a convenient location to collaborate with other attendees on common interests. The new real-time collaboration tools promise to enhance the virtual event attendee experience and extend their engagement in virtual meetings.

Organizers of corporate, demand generation, e-learning, job fair, conference, tradeshow, and other virtual events built on the VirtualEvents365 platform may assign licenses for instant breakout rooms to specific areas of the event (such as sponsor booths) or to an event-wide collaboration venue. Organizers may alternatively provide access to specific individuals rather than to offer self-scheduling of breakouts.
